Helpful Websites

In no particular order.

FITNESS

SEAL Grinder PT -- A website dedicated to bodyweight exercises, all fully scalable to your current fitness level.

SEAL Grinder PT YouTube Channel -- lots of great videos demonstrating ways you can exercise at home.  You can search for specific things like "sit-ups" or "pull-ups".

CrossFit -- Website brimming full of workouts you can do in a regular gym, or, with some ingenuity, at home.  All workouts are scalable to your fitness level.

Jillian Michaels -- Lots of great resources.  She sends out great tips and recipes in her newsletter, and her whole attitude is awesome.  Her attitude is no-nonsense and around no excuses.  I recommend signing up for her newsletter.

NUTRITION/HEALTH

Mark's Daily Apple -- A very thorough website dedicated to leading a Primal lifestyle, run by Mark Sisson.  Best change I ever made, tying with moving into more bodyweight/CrossFit routines.

My Daily Plate -- FREE and thorough calorie counting site from Livestrong.

Calories Burned -- a nifty tool by Health Status.   Great for adding on weight you carred during something like a farmer's walk or a weighted walk (weight in a backpack).

Dr. Andrew Weil -- Good website with balanced information about health, etc.

Robb Wolf -- Paleolithic (Paleo for short) Diet expert.

Livestrong.com -- Great resource for articles, information on health, fitness, nutrition.

LIFESTYLE

Wildmind Buddhist Meditation -- Nice resource with information about meditation in general, guided meditation, etc.  I present this link merely for informational purposes; tailor the information as you wish to your own beliefs.

Meditation Resources -- A more generalized website.

Yoga Journal -- Online version of the magazine.  You can look up poses and other bits of great information.

Zen Habits -- A website with creat articles on how to find stillness, clarity, simplicity, and how to declutter everything going on in life (who couldn't use more of any of all of that?)

Dave Ramsey -- Budget and debt reduction website.

Getting Organized -- My Google search simply for that term.  Personal organization was another.
